Product design experience in a fast-paced, product-led environment, Proven ability to turn complex requirements into simple, intuitive experiences, Excellent visual craft and UX thinking, Portfolio that shows shipped work and impact, Comfortable working cross-functionally, navigating stakeholder pressure, and keeping turnaround times short, High ownership, Evidence you adopt AI in your workflow and can explain how you’ve implemented it in practice

What You'll Do.
Own end-to-end design for key product areas
Lead problem framing and solution exploration
Revitalise and improve the UI/UX of core client-facing surfaces
Improve and extend our design system
Use customer insight and product data to validate assumptions
Raise the bar through constructive critique
Challenge poor decisions
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner closely with Product and Engineering; Align stakeholders on the “why” and the trade-offs; Work closely with smart people across teams
