What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of product design experience, Systems thinker, Hands-on experience with design systems, Fluent in Figma, Interaction and UX skills, Technical mindset, Understand frontend concepts, Use AI in design process, Comfortable in agile product teams, Clear communicator
Nice to Have
Familiarity with design tokens, Familiarity with component libraries like MUI, Comfort reading frontend code, Experience with Jira, Experience with Miro

Own end-to-end design
