7+ years’ experience in SaaS product design, Portfolio showcasing impactful work, Lead end-to-end user-centred design, UX capability across research, journey mapping, prototyping, testing, analytics, and design systems, Experience designing complex, multi-user experiences, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, Comfortable solving complex problems, Comfortable navigating ambiguity, Comfortable working collaboratively in fast-paced agile environments, Legally entitled to work in New Zealand
