What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years’ experience in product design, Proven ability to design and deliver exceptional digital products end-to-end, portfolio showcasing expertise in UX/ UI interaction design, communicator who can clearly articulate design decisions and rationale, Analytical and strategic mindset, able to connect design work to business and product outcomes, Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects and priorities
Nice to Have
Experience designing for omnichannel environments, including mobile and TV apps is a advantage, Interest or knowledge in streaming, gaming or emerging technologies such as AI, Sports, Gambling and Cryptocurrency knowledge
What You'll Do.
Lead end-to-end design for your product area
from research and ideation to prototyping
UI design and delivery
Translate complex requirements into engaging
user-focused solutions while upholding high visual and interaction standards consistent with KICK’s design system and brand
Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure seamless handoff
implementation and QA
applying systems thinking to create scalable
Run or participate in user testing
concept validation and feedback sessions

Work cross-functionally with Product
Engineering and other Designers to shape roadmap priorities
define success and present work clearly to build stakeholder alignment and confidence
