What You'll Do.
Own core platform areas end-to-end
Lead the evolution of the Cadmus design system
Introduce a level of visual polish
Turn inherently dry workflows into visually stunning
and rewarding user experiences
Work in lockstep with engineers to ensure visual intentions are implemented flawlessly
Make deliberate trade-offs
delivering improvements that are both polished and practical to build
Conduct research that surfaces non-obvious insights about how students and academics interact with the UI
Solve complex usability problems beautifully
