6+ years in design roles, at least 3 years focused on digital product/UI/UX leadership, Expert proficiency in Figma (including advanced prototyping, variables, and auto-layout), grasp of cognitive frameworks (e. g. , Miller’s Law) and accessibility standards, Familiarity with front-end constraints (HTML/CSS/React), Ability to hand off clean, pixel-perfect assets to developers
Nice to Have
Experience in agency environments or design-led tech companies, Knowledge of Framer is a plus
