What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience in user interface design, user experience design, interaction design, and information architecture, design portfolio highlighting UX/UI skills in various areas, Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards, Experience with using metrics, data, and research to drive product design decisions, Proficiency with design and prototype tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD InVision, Webflow, Axure RP, or similar, written, verbal, and presentation skills (English), collaboration skills, with the ability to work with agile and remote development teams, Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail, Experience with user research methodologies, including conducting interviews, surveys, usability testing, and A/n Testing, Ability to work independently with minimal supervision whilst also being a team player, Experience working with a design system or pattern design library
Nice to Have
Examples in gaming and/or fintech are an advantage, Experience within the online gambling industry and a passion for creating responsible and enjoyable gaming experiences is an advantage, Formal qualification(s) in interaction design, human-machine interaction, or similar will be considered a plus, Prior experience with graphic design illustration using tools such as Photoshop & Illustrator will be considered a plus

envisioning a user experience and product aesthetic that are best in class
Perform analysis of prevalent user journeys and build an understanding of our user needs
Translate findings into user-centric design solutions that enhance the overall gambling experience
Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital applications
Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and validate ideas
Iterate and refine designs based on research
Consistently review the live product and actively participate in continuous product improvements
Ensure a certain quality standard upon product launch (MVP) followed by further improvements based on iterative and evaluative feedback
Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system to ensure consistency across different product features and platforms
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Working closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders; Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle; Provide design expertise and contribute to product strategy discussions; Work closely with the Central Research teams to conduct user testing and gather insights
