What You'll Do.

Own design end-to-end within our core payments product - from early problem framing through to shipped

polished experiences that raise the visual and interaction bar at Apron

Actively suggest product improvements to enhance user experience and drive innovation

working closely with product managers and cross-functional teams

Design interfaces that are both functional and delightful for genuinely complex financial workflows.

Contribute to and help maintain a design system that promotes consistency and scalability across the product.

Coach and guide other designers

raising the quality bar across the team through feedback

process improvements and documented design knowledge

Stay informed about industry trends

and emerging design patterns to ensure the product remains competitive and innovative.

Continuously seek feedback
