Must Have
Several years of experience designing software, ideally in a product-focused environment., design sense, careful attention to detail, and genuine passion for the craft., Ability to approach complex problems and create simple, effective user experiences, including solving complex UX challenges where AI capabilities meet human intent., Track record of shipping excellent design in a fast-paced environment., Proven ability to collaborate with product teams., visual communication skills with experience creating prototypes (we use Figma and AI coding tools like Figma Make and Cursor)., Experience with design systems., Based in GMT-3 to GMT+3 timezones
Nice to Have
Experience with coding and technical tools like VSCode, GitHub, and AI coding tools like Cursor.
