We wake up every day inspired to build a more efficient and enjoyable world. ## Your key responsibilities Take ownership of design work across diverse client projects, from discovery to delivery Lead and facilitate design workshops, stakeholder interviews, and other design and user research activities Translate insights into journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design intent is reflected in implementation Present and communicate your design rationale clearly to both clients and internal teams Contribute to internal design reviews, support other designers, and help evolve our design standards Stay up to date on tools, trends, and methods that elevate the craft of product design ## The ideal candidate You have 5+ years of experience in product design, ideally in a consulting, agency, or tech environment. You are highly efficient and autonomous, able to manage your time and priorities with minimal oversight. You excel in stakeholder management, confident in meetings and capable of aligning teams around clear direction. You are a strong communicator, both written and verbal, and enjoy working cross-functionally. You bring a strategic lens to design problems, considering both user needs and business
