### We're Hiring: Senior Product Designer **Working model:** Remote | **Type:** Full-time **Accepted** is a software and digital transformation services firm helping clients accelerate innovation in **Finance, Energy, Gaming, Telco, and beyond**. With**20+ years** of engineering excellence, we’re known for building outcome-driven solutions and high-performing teams that feel like part of your own. We’re looking for a **Senior Product Designer** to strengthen our remote delivery teams. ### What You’ll Do * Design intuitive, high-fidelity interfaces and end-to-end user experiences aligned with latest trends; * Conduct user research and usability testing to drive data-validated design decisions and rationale; * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA) to ensure feasible, high-quality implementation; * Own and evolve scalable Design Systems, ensuring consistency across web and native platforms; * Integrate AI-powered tools to optimize workflows, ideation, and prototyping while maintaining design excellence; * Actively participate in design rituals and community to foster feedback and continuous improvement. **Requirements** ### What You’ll Bring * 5+ years of experience in all aspects of product design, designing for multiple platforms (responsive web, Android & iOS); * 5+ years of visual design experience, with proficiency in typography, desktop/mobile UI, color, layout, iconography, and aesthetic sense and how these elements impact product function; * Proficiency with industry standard design tools (e,g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, etc) for the creation of artifacts and presentations; * An online portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables; * Degree in design engineering, human computer interaction, product design, interaction design, or a related field or equivalent industry experience; * Excellent knowledge of responsive design and mobile UI/UX design principles and methodologies as they relate to software development; * C
