What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in product design, portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of shipped work, Proven experience designing consumer-facing digital products, particularly mobile experiences, Deep expertise in UX, interaction design, and product thinking, ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear solutions, High proficiency in design tools such as Figma, skills in wireframing, prototyping, and workflow design, visual design skills, with attention to detail and a high bar for craft and polish, Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and research teams to deliver impactful product outcomes, Familiarity with AI/ML-driven products and an understanding of key UX challenges such as trust, explainability, and transparency, Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and influence stakeholders, Passion for health, fitness, and helping people better understand and improve their performance, commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions
Nice to Have
Experience designing for emerging technologies (e.g., AI-first products, wearables, voice interfaces) is a plus
What You'll Do.
Lead design projects from research and problem framing through to UX flows

and interaction patterns that balance intuitiveness with technical sophistication

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and data scientists to define opportunities and deliver production-ready solutions; Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and research teams to deliver impactful product outcomes
