Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Product Design Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design or Technology, Extensive experience in a similar role, Ability to interpret and convert high level product requirements, Ability to generate fully defined parametric 3D CAD models, Experience in iterative concept validation, Extensive experience and understanding of DFM design for manufacturing principles, Effective time management skills, Sound knowledge of Microsoft programs
Nice to Have
Hands-on knowledge in polymers and elastomers, Designing products for impact, vibration, dampening, Experience interfacing with customers in the automotive OEM industry

About the Role 🤔 We’re looking for a Senior Product Design Engineer to join our New Product Innovation (NPI) team and develop commercially viable, market-ready engineering solutions with a strong focus on feasibility, material excellence, structural integrity, and manufacturability. In this role, you’ll work at the front end of the product lifecycle, bridging the gap between innovative concepts and scalable mass production. You’ll act as a key technical expert, using your deep understanding of materials and structures, to ensure new product designs are robust, high-performing, and optimised for dynamic environments.
