About The Role As Senior Legal Counsel, Product and Regulatory, you will play a key role in supporting KOHO’s product development and regulatory strategy across both KOHO Tech and KOHO Bank. You will work closely with Product, Marketing, Risk, and Compliance teams to provide practical legal advice that enables innovation while protecting customers and maintaining strong regulatory standards. This role is ideal for a lawyer who enjoys building new things, solving complex regulatory questions, and working closely with business teams in a fast-moving environment. What You’ll Do - Partner across KOHO Tech and KOHO Bank to provide practical regulatory advice that enables growth while protecting customers. - Support the design and launch of new financial products and features, identifying regulatory risks early and helping teams build compliant solutions. - Play a key role in helping KOHO set up and operationalize a regulated bank, including supporting engagement with regulators such as O
