The Finance Technology Team The Finance Technology team within Okta's Technology, Data & Intelligence (TDI) organization is dedicated to designing, optimizing, and maintaining the systems that power our core financial operations. Our Order-to-Cash practice sits at the center of Okta's revenue engine, managing everything from order management and billing to collections, revenue recognition, and GL posting. We are actively investing in AI-powered initiatives and process improvements that directly impact Okta's cash flow and revenue performance. The Senior Product Analyst Opportunity This role will serve as the primary functional expert for Okta's end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes within NetSuite. You will own the configuration, optimization, and integration of our core O2C systems — spanning Salesforce, NetSuite, Zuora RevPro, Celigo, Avalara, and AWS — while collaborating closely with Finance, Billing, Collections, and development teams to drive scalable solutions.
