What They're Looking For.
Must Have
minimum 3 years of experience analysing data in a professional setting, SQL, python/R, building data pipelines, communication skills, ability to structure business problems with minimal supervision, ability to prioritise problems independently, condense complex systems/ideas into simple-to-understand models, data visualisation tools (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau etc.), confident storytelling ability with data
Nice to Have
background in statistics, mathematics, physics, engineering, analytics, computing, or any other scientific areas, dbt (ideally), Hustler-mentality, take work beyond the analysis and get things done
What You'll Do.

Proactively contribute to

Support your team by conducting research
building and maintaining data pipelines
and creating visualisations
Drive discovery analyses by scoping new opportunities and suggesting initiatives to improve our existing controls framework and customer experience
Collaborate with various stakeholders in the organisation and effectively communicate your insights into real change for our customers
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with your product managers, engineers and operational teams; part of a wider team of over 100 Analysts; collaborate on cross-team projects; develop technical skills; bring ideas about how we can improve analytics across Wise; Collaborate with various stakeholders in the organisation
Communication Scope
communication skills; ability to translate business insights into persuasive analytical narratives that are simple to understand; demonstrate confident storytelling ability with data
Process & Methodology
