What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst or Implementation Consultant specializing in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Partner Relationship Management (PRM), Proven experience with Salesforce integrations, Demonstrated ability to own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, A problem-solving mindset focused on continuous process improvement, operational efficiency, and creating seamless partner experiences, Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-quality technical solutions
Nice to Have
Knowledge of CPQ is a plus
What You'll Do.
Work closely with teams to understand requirements
Translate requirements into user stories
Collaborate with developers to facilitate design
Configure and enhance digital interfaces
Own Out of the Box configurations & integrations
Manage and configure integrations
Serve as functional lead for automating workflows
Ensure integrity and accuracy of partner data
Create and maintain reports and dashboards
Develop and execute test plans
Author and maintain customer journey maps

Team & Collaboration
Work closely with the Global Partner Program and Strategy team; Partner extensively with Global Partner Program and Strategy and Partner Ops teams; Collaborate with developers and administrators; Collaborate with technical teams
