5+ years in product/growth analytics, Experience owning and building a product analytics function, Proficient in SQL, Understand datawarehouses / datalakes, Understand identity resolution deeply

Pendo event tagging across the web app: features
GA4 tag setup and pixel implementation and maintenance
Identity configuration to ensure anonymous and known users are resolved correctly across surfaces
Event taxonomy design: naming conventions
Tracking audits and ongoing data quality
Insights for regular platform upgrades that will improve overall business performance
Funnel analysis: visit to signup to activation to retention
Pendo dashboards and reports for product and growth teams
SQL-based analysis for deeper cohort
and behavioral questions
Proactively generate insights by identifying patterns and opportunities to improve product performance
