Backed by nearly $100 million in funding, we’re growing in the US, UK, Canada, and Europe, partnering with leading health systems including the NHS, Beth Israel Lahey Health, and Monash Health. What you’ll do - Partner with product managers and cross-functional teams to define key metrics, set success criteria, and identify growth opportunities. - Conduct deep-dive analyses on user behaviour, enterprise feature adoption, and workflow performance to uncover insights that guide product strategy. - Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for product and business stakeholders. - Design and evaluate experiments and A/B tests to measure the impact of product changes and validate new ideas. - Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that help teams monitor progress and make faster, smarter decisions. - Work closely with the Head of Product (Enterprise) to inform roadmap prioritisation, ensuring decisions are grounded in data and aligned with user needs and enterprise goals. - Champion analytical best practices, supporting the product team to become more data fluent and self-sufficient.
