What They're Looking For.

Must Have

4-6 years of experience delivering platform or data-centric products, Working knowledge of AI tools and platforms, Comfortable with technical concepts, tools, and emerging technologies, Working knowledge of Gen AI, large language models, and integration frameworks, Contemporary Knowledge: Stay current with industry trends, AI developments, and modern product practices, Systems Thinking: Ability to understand how AI interacts with enterprise architecture, Stakeholder Partnership: Skilled at building and maintaining partnership networks with internal stakeholders, Collaborative Mindset: Proven ability to work alongside Architecture, Engineering and Delivery teams, Communication: Outstanding skills in translating complex technical concepts for diverse internal audiences, Product Lifecycle Management: Time management and organizational skills, Value Framework Orientation: Ability to map business value frameworks into actionable delivery tickets

Nice to Have

Experience with AI, automation, or platform engineering products (e.g., NLP, Gen AI, or agentic workflows), Familiarity with AI platforms, orchestration tools, or enterprise AI adoption such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or similar platforms, Exposure to Responsible AI, governance frameworks, or AI ethics, Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, or product analytics platforms, Experience from a startup environment, particularly one that has launched AI products in the last 1-2 years

Lead technical product discovery and design

Translate business objectives into technical specifications

Identify friction points and propose AI solutions

Design modular platform capabilities

Define technical acceptance criteria

Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Stay informed on AI trends

Contribute to evolution of operating model

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Procurement, Tech and HR; Collaborate across geographies and time zones; Work with Enterprise Tech Delivery, Architecture and Engineering teams; Work closely with internal stakeholders; Work alongside Architecture, Engineering and Delivery teams

Communication Scope

Translating complex technical concepts for diverse internal audiences
