Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Management, Law, Procurement, Engineering, Business, Finance, Public Administration or related field, internationally recognized procurement qualification or certification, Minimum 8 years of relevant public procurement practitioner experience, Substantial experience (in at least 2 projects) developing and/or reviewing procurement documents for all categories (goods, works, services), including bidding documents, evaluation reports, and experience with contract administration and monitoring, Experience conducting or managing procurements under at least 2 donor-funded regulatory frameworks, Fluency in written and spoken English required
Nice to Have
MCC experience is an advantage
