Connect with a career that matters, and help us build a safer future. ## **Department Overview** The Supply Chain Services Procurement Team works with the Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality and other critical functional teams to create and execute the product outsourcing strategy. The team manages a pool of qualified suppliers to support and enable our business' outsourcing needs. ## Job Description We are looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist, with at least 2-3 years related experience in suppliers management. The responsibilities of the Senior Procurement Specialist includes but not limited to the: * Execution of the Category Strategy * Overall suppliers management, including suppliers relationships ownership * RFQ process, cost negotiations and project awards * Contract negotiations * Escalation point for internal operation teams * On-going drive for cost improvement and annual cost reduction * Hosting Quarterly Business Review (QBR) ## Basic Requirements In order to be successful, the candidate has to have: * At least a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration or any related field * Minimum 3 years prior related experience with proven track records in managing suppliers. * Effective problem solving skills, strong negotiation skills and excellent communication skills with proven ability to work with people from various levels and functions. * Strong data analysis skills and good understanding in forecasting methods. * High proficiency in AI and MS Office / Google Documents; specifically, adva
