Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Energy Management, Supply Chain, or related fields., Eight (8)+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, and/or contract management, including ownership of RFQs and supplier negotiations., stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across Operations, HSE, Finance/AP, and suppliers., Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple sourcing events, maintain detailed documentation, and meet deadlines., Advanced analytical skills, including experience with bid leveling, savings validation, and spend/performance reporting., Proven project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives through completion., Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data validation)

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment., Experience using analytics and reporting tools (e.g. , Power BI, Spotfire, or similar)., Working knowledge of OpenInvoice and OpenTicket, including OpenContract Pricebooks., Professional certifications such as CPSM, CIPS, or CSCP., Familiarity with oilfield terminology and operations.
