Experienced/Senior Procurement Agent **Company:** The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a **Senior Procurement Agent** to join our dynamic team in **Oklahoma City, Oklahoma**. **Position Responsibilities:** * Source new parts and new suppliers for parts * Manage internal business proposals for supplier selections * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify contract needs and specifications * Evaluate proposals and negotiate contract terms and conditions * Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve the best value for the organization * Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline procurement procedures and ensure alignment with organizational goals. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and audit requirements * Initiate and execute supplier improvement activities and integrate results into contracting strategies **This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.** **This position is for 1st shift.** This position must meet export control compliance requirements. **To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.** **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** * 5+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, Procurement and/or strategic sourcing practices and processes * 5+ Experience project management experience with multiple stake holders * 5+ Experience drafting contracts or legal documents * 5+ Experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) * Strong interpersonal and communication skills **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** * Bachelor’s degree or higher * Experie
