Must Have
University degree in chemistry, biology, process or mechanical engineering, Several years of experience in formulation, packaging, and filling processes, Interest in technology, standards, and quality requirements, Knowledge of cGMP for manufacturing, Good knowledge of production equipment, facilities, technology, and instrumentation, Good Swedish and English skills
Nice to Have
Experience with validation and qualification, Experience with IQ / OQ / PQ and Lean Manufacturing, Experience with cGMP for sterile processes, Extensive experience with formulation and filling processes and technology, standards, and quality requirements
What You'll Do.
Provide expertise in formulation
aseptic filling process technology
Participate in projects for new product introduction
Lead operational and investment projects
Initiate and drive cross-functional improvement projects
Act as process technical expert during authority inspections
Lead and conduct validation and qualification
Investigate and resolve production deviations
Support operations with complex technical issues
Contribute to development of ways of working
