What You'll Do.
operating automatic and manual chemical/fermentation process equipment of varying complexity in various production processes in accordance with operating procedures.
perform quality control analyses as required to complete in-process batches and identify variations.
trained in hazardous material handling and emergency procedures
identify required delivery and process improvements that drive increased efficiency
throughput and quality.
arrive at decisions on which methods and procedures are the best fit for different work situations.
Perform Material receiving
change out and charging operation as per SOP.
intermediate and finished goods pack out as per SOP.
Perform pre-campaign set up
post campaign activities and change over cleaning.
Monitor process operation
trend and alarm using Delta V control system.
Ensure proper communication and handling over of shift duties.
Responsible for the updating of Manufacturing Standard Work and Operation Standard work.
Complete all documentation according to GMP and GDP standards.
Monitor the plant status and liaise with colleagues of other departments to ensure there is no interruption to the manufacturing process.
Troubleshoot all operating deviations and issues and coordinate with other function when required.
Responsible for preparation and cleaning of equipment for maintenance work
Take immediate action to resolve any near miss situations.
