The Senior Process Technician supports the efficient running of production operations, ensuring the quality of the product, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. This role acts as a key technical resource within the production environment, focusing on optimizing processes and maintaining high standards of safety and productivity. Key responsibilities: * This is a fully on-site role utilizing a bi-weekly shift rotation, alternating between morning (6:00am to 2:00pm) and evening (2:00pm to 10:00pm) schedules. * Support the efficient running of production operations, ensuring product quality and meeting site-specific efficiency targets. * Standardize work practices by reducing ‘waste’ and actively supporting process equipment upgrades and improvements. * Improve plan attainment and update run rates as required, ensuring machines achieve scrap and productivity targets. * Perform all work in accordance with standard working methods regarding safety, quality, service, and productivity. * Implement best practice problem-solving techniques to troubleshoot operational issues and escalate complex problems where appropriate. ## Qualifications * Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, ideally within a GMP or ISO Class 8 cleanroom setting. * Strong communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams. * Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to operate as an independent thinker to resolve operational challenges. * Proficient in following production and process specifications and maintaining accurate operating records. * Leaving Certificate or equivalent; a technical certificate or vocational training in a related field is highly preferred. ## Additional Information What We Offer Here's a glimpse of the great benefits you can expect: * Financial & Health Benefits: Includes Healthcare allowance, Insurance & Pension (for salaried employees), Service Awards, and Gift Vouchers
