Must Have
6–8 years of experience in process improvement, finance operations, shared services, business transformation, automation, or related operational analytics roles., Demonstrated experience leading or supporting workflow automation and process optimization initiatives., understanding of finance operations and Procure-to-Pay workflows within complex business environments., Experience working with automation tools, AI-enabled technologies, or workflow solutions., Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis., Experience developing reports, dashboards, and operational metrics for leadership and business stakeholders., Ability to translate business challenges into scalable process and technology solutions., communication and stakeholder management skills with experience partnering across technical and non-technical teams.
What You'll Do.

Lead process improvement and intelligent automation initiatives focused on scalability

Design and support AI-enabled solutions
and digital process enhancements across Finance Operations.
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements
and recommend technology-driven process solutions.
Develop operational dashboards
and data-driven insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
Utilize tools such as Oracle Fusion
and AI-enabled technologies to optimize workflows and reporting capabilities.
Support automation lifecycle activities including process mapping
and post-deployment optimization.
Monitor automation and process performance metrics to ensure expected business outcomes and continuous optimization.
Assist in change management activities including user training
and rollout support for new tools and process enhancements.
