Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related technical discipline, 3-7 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial operations, Demonstrated capability to manage, prioritize tasks for, and develop a technical team, Familiarity with manufacturing metrics (OEE, downtime tracking), Practical approach to root-cause analysis, Solid understanding of mechanical systems and automated equipment
