If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. ## Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Senior Process Engineer (Mechanical Assembly)** located in **Guadalajara, North Campus.** Reporting to the **Process Engineer Manager,** this role involves responsibilities for process-engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements in order to support a PCBA manufacturing organization. **What a typical day looks like:** * Develop mechanical assembly processes capable of ensuring stability, capacity, and continuous improvement. * Implement and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability. * Prepare justification, purchase and implement capital equipment for production. * Develop, implement and take ownership of process control methodologies * Hold up the raising and introduction of engineering change orders (ECOs). * Interface with production of all activities associated with new process implementation and transfer. * Process development and optimization * Specialized technical support * Project management * Continuous improvement and productivity * Quality and safety * Hold up and oversee new process equipment production. **Experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in related field. * Typically requires 4 years of experience in engineering in the high technology electronics industry or related area. * Experience in mechanical assembly / electronics processes * Technical knowledge (intelligent torque tools, PLCs, liqui
