This position offers the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, Supplier Quality, and Operations teams to develop and optimize robust molding processes that support the delivery of life-changing technologies. You’ll help shape scalable, efficient, and compliant manufacturing solutions while influencing the future of advanced medical device production. We’re working a minimum of 5 days a week onsite as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross-functional collaboration as we work together to engineer the extraordinary. **Responsibilities may include the following:** * Provide technical and sustaining engineering support for injection molding manufacturing operations * Recommend and implement equipment, tooling, and process modifications to improve product quality, manufacturing efficiency, cycle time, and production yield * Lead the innovation, development, optimization, and transfer of new manufacturing processes into production * Support feasibility assessments, process development activities, material selection, equipment evaluation, and tooling/fixture implementation * Integrate equipment and material capabilities to achieve process perfor
