## Description At Nexus Engineering Group, our Process Engineers turn client requirements into safe, buildable process designs — from first calculation to field startup. As a Senior Process Engineer, you’ll own the basic process design of unit operations and the deliverables that drive projects forward, working shoulder-to-shoulder with project teams, vendors, and clients to get it right. ## What You’ll Do Develop the documented design basis, process descriptions, BFDs, PFDs, P&IDs, and material selection diagrams that define each project. Build process simulation models in Aspen HYSYS and develop heat and material balances. Minimum 5 years of experience in the oil & gas or chemical industries. Hands-on experience designing process equipment (vessels, pumps, exchangers, fired heaters, compressors). Process simulation experience with Aspen HYSYS and hydraulic analysis tools (e.g., AFT Fathom/Arrow, Visual Flare). Strong Microsoft Office skills. Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to work in teams and present a positive image to clients. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and timely delivery. ## Nice to Have (Preferred) EIT certification.
