What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Multiple years of professional experience in process engineering or manufacturing engineering, Hands-on involvement in at least two full product development or industrialization cycles, Working knowledge of mechanical and electromechanical systems, Exposure to optical or high-precision mechanisms, Proficiency in mechanical CAD and 3D modeling tools, Experience applying Lean Manufacturing concepts, Diploma or Degree in Engineering, such as Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronics, Industrial, Production, or Mechanical Engineering
Nice to Have
Manufacturing environments supporting high-mix, high-precision products, Cross-site or global collaboration with R&D, sourcing, or production teams
