Full Job Description

Ingredion Inc. seeks Senior Process Engineer in Winston-Salem, NC _Job Duties_ : Designing and implementing capital permits and projects as identified and assigned, within budget and on time, delivering targeted return on investment and in compliance with engineering standards. Providing technical support to the Safety Manager to design and/or redesign work processes that eliminate losses due to personal injury or property damage. Supervising and executing projects, establishing and meeting budget, scheduling, and supervising project activity, training personnel, supervising start-up, and coordinating with all departments. Complying with all plant regulatory, ISO, Quality, Food Safety systems, GMP policies, guidelines, standards, and requirements. _Minimum Requirements_ : Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Chemical Engineering or a closely related field plus three years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. _Special Skill Requirements_ : Experience in project management of large-scale projects, directing consultants and assisting with guiding junior engineers (3 years). Experience in wet milling, along with research, engineering, and manufacturing of sweeteners from starch (3 years). Experience with engineering and unit operations relevant to the Wet Milling industry, such as basic chemistry, heat and material balances, P&ID development, mechanical and physical/chemical separations, evaporation, crystallization, drying, material handling, CGMP, and/or energy management, wet mill, refinery, and water utilities (3 years). Experience with SAP PM Module (3 years). Experience with ISO 14001, ISO 22001, and ISO 9001 (3 years). Experience with Power BI (3 years). Experience with Visio and CAD (3 years). Experience leading/championing lean management systems in any area/pillar (3 years). Experience implementing Maintenance and Reliability processes (3 years).
