**Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!** # Responsibilities: * Lead the design and development of engineering projects, including planning, modeling, and testing phases. * Perform advanced technical analysis and calculations to support project design and decision-making. * Oversee project execution, including coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and ensuring adherence to timelines. * Develop and review technical documentation, including specifications, reports, and manuals. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and other team members. * Identify and implement process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes. Interface with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to communicate project progress and address any concerns. # Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, civil, etc.) or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certifications are a plus. * 4+ years of experience in engineering roles, with demonstrated leadership and project management experience. * In-depth knowledge of engineering principles and industry best practices. * Proficiency in advanced design software, simulation tools, and engineering software. * Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and safety standards. * Experience with project management methodologies and tools. ‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
