BPSS and SC required, Ability to travel to Assystem offices and customer sites within the UK
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Background in the nuclear sector or regulated industries like thermal power generation, oil and gas, Knowledge of steam turbines, condensers, feedwater heaters, pumps, and piping systems, Experience from FEED to detailed design and EPC delivery, Skilled in developing procurement specs and working with suppliers, Familiarity with UK Health and Safety regulations, safety systems, and HAZOP, Understanding of ASME, European, and UK standards
Nice to Have
Systems Engineering experience or awareness desirable
What You'll Do.
Support design of thermal and fluid systems
Provide analysis and calculation support
Contribute to analysis methodology
Generate flow and thermal analyses
Ensure supplier deliverables meet requirements
Create and review Process Flow Diagrams
Create and review Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams
Create and review Layout Drawings
Create and review Component Sizing Calculations
Create and review Specifications
Conduct and review studies and design documents
Develop and review functional requirements
Develop and review design requirements
Integrate Turbine Island design
Serve as expert for Turbine Island interface
Support Design Reviews
Support HAZID studies
Support HAZOP studies
Ensure adherence to H&S Policies
Work with safety teams
Work on nuclear safety licensing
Work on environmental permitting

Work with product team; Liaison with internal and external stakeholders; Work with safety teams
