Must Have
Academic degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a comparable field (MSc / Dipl.-Ing. / Dipl.-Chem. ), Experience in rubber processing, preferably in mixing, Genuine interest in the chemistry of compound systems during mixing and in understanding the mixer as a chemical reactor, Affinity for digitalization and IT-related topics, Very good command of the English language, team player with excellent communication skills across different hierarchical levels, analytical and academic mindset, Willingness to travel nationally and internationally

develop new mixing process technologies
produce future material technologies for Conti ensuring the best balance between quality and productivity
specification and release of new mixing processes in production environment
define process requirements that are important for the upgrade and purchase of mixing production equipment
involved in structured problem solving
where you support plants
and other groups with your expertise of mixing processes
lead and participate in multipdisciplinary projects and task forces
