What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Previous experience as a Product Owner following Agile / Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Experience with Agile SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Experience as RTE (Release Train engineer), Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience, The ability to obtain and maintain a U. S. government issued Top Secret security clearance is required, U. S. citizenship is required
Nice to Have
Active and transferable U. S. government issued security clearance, Previous experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Previous experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM), Experience with Requirements Management (Decomposition, Derivation), Experience as a Software Systems engineer, Experience with UML, SysML, MBSE and CAMEO Modeling tools, Experience with Jira
What You'll Do.
Serve as the Release Train Engineer (RTE) for the Mission Systems Software team
Lead the development and refinement of the backlog
Act as the Product Owner (PO) for the Software Systems team
Perform Software Systems work for Mission Systems applications
Act as the Control Account Manager for the scope related to your team
