**Our vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for _all_. ** Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Act as the **tapeout execution and release coordination lead** for HBM designs targeting internal Micron manufacturing. * Own and manage **tapeout schedules, DBR milestones, and release gating criteria**. * Drive preparation, review, and completion of **tapeout collateral** , including **TOAST, RCDB, and TWIT** , ensuring accuracy and consistency prior to release. * Coordinate with responsible teams to ensure all **release prerequisites and checklist items** are met before DBR. * **Coordinate and track closure of signoff readiness items (timing, power, physical verification, integration constraints), ensuring clear ownership, status, and release signoff prior to tapeout.** * Ensure **correctness, completeness, and traceability** of final databases and signoff evidence at tapeout. * Track, document, and escalate **waivers, open items, and release risks** as part of formal tapeout governance. * Maintain strong **release discipline and hygiene** across HBM programs.
