We’re looking for a **Senior Principal Experience Designer** to join the Forma Design team, shaping the future of early-stage planning and design in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry. This role is for a designer who thinks beyond individual features or products and instead thrives at the intersection of product vision, complex systems, and user-centered design. As a principal-level designer, you will define and influence long-term product and experience direction, working across teams and functions to deliver cohesive and scalable user experiences. This is a high impact role, you will act as a thought leader in experience design, elevating quality, consistency, and innovation across the organization. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Business leaders, and be part of a close-knit design community of 20 designers who actively collaborate, share feedback, and support each other in raising the bar for design quality. **Required** * 10+ years of experience in UX, product design, or industrial design with demonstrated impact leading complex, workflow-heavy product areas * You thrive in ambiguity and bring clarity through structured thinking.
