Must Have

BSEE + 7 years of experience, knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals, Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work on large multi-discipline development teams, organizational skills, ability to work to aggressive schedules, analytical skills

Nice to Have

MSEE (or equivalent) + 7 years of experience, PHD + 5 years of experience, deep experience in system engineering in high speed converters, high speed digital interfaces including SERDES, analog circuits, chiplets, semiconductor IC processes

Define products from concept through development to release

Define system level designs

Collaborate with customers

Translate customer problem statement

Provide recommendations on chiplet partitioning

Lead architecture and solution definitions

Assist in development of product datasheets

Contribute to product design reviews

Interact with stakeholders

Collaborate with test and eval team

Release validated system design to production

Assist in development of design collaterals

Support FAEs and Application Teams

Support customers with technical questions

Products in this strategy are comprised of integrated high speed and precision signal chains targeted towards Industrial applications. The candidate will collaborate in evolving an industry leading the Industrial portfolio into new and more highly integrated market segments. The candidate will have the opportunity to define system level designs on chiplets working with high-speed CMOS and BiCMOS processes and collaborate closely with an experienced and motivated development team.
