Working in a multidisciplinary team of designers and engineers providing a professional design service to our clients, this is an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to develop their international experience with a world renowned consultant. ## Your role _Requirements_ _Responsibilities_ As a member of the Dry Utilities team you will be responsible for: * Team leader of large design teams. * Provide technical solutions within design teams. * Preparing budget, resourcing and delivering to the budget and agreed time frame. * Ultimately responsible for quality delivery. * Produces design solutions from outline briefs and correctly interprets data and communicates it to others * Undertake multi Discipline project management with experience of providing full project management and lead consultant duties. * Managing own workload and the workload of subordinates within a matrix management structure. * Active and responsible for technical growth of subordinates. * Apply Atkins Quality, Safety & Environmental (QSSE) standards and Business Management System (CMS). _The Individual_ The successful candidate will needs to: * Be highly self-motivated and ambitious * Have a track record of technical achievement and client satisfaction within the Infrastructure projects. * Be able to lead or mentor
