Must Have
12+ years of experience building large-scale distributed systems and platforms, Deep expertise in Go/C/C++/Rust, concurrency, and system design, knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS) and system internals, Proven experience designing cloud-native architectures and scalable APIs/platforms, Deep expertise in secure access and Zero Trust architectures, including: ZTNA (Zero Trust Network Access), SSE / SASE platforms, SWG, CASB, VPN-as-a-Service, Proven ability to design systems enforcing: Identity-based access (authentication & authorization), Device posture validation and continuous trust, Policy-driven, least-privilege access at scale, understanding of enterprise security challenges, threat models, and secure access patterns, Ability to translate domain expertise into platform abstractions, services, and API strategy, Proven track record of org-level technical leadership and cross-team influence, Ability to drive long-term architecture strategy (3–5 years), ability to define and scale AI-first engineering practices using tools like Copilot and Claude, Ensures AI-assisted development maintains high standards of correctness, security, and performance

In this role, you will drive the evolution of a cloud-native Security Service Edge (SSE) platform that delivers secure, Zero Trust access to applications, SaaS, and enterprise resources globally. You will act as a technology leader and architect, shaping the long-term direction of systems powering capabilities such as Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), secure web gateway, VPN-as-a-Service, and policy-driven access control, enabling enterprises to transition to modern, cloud-delivered security architectures.
