As a Regional Pricing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in unlocking value for patients, customers and the business, working at the center of a highly collaborative, purpose driven organization. This is an opportunity to influence strategy, partner with senior stakeholders and see the real-world impact of your work every day. ## **What will you be doing?** In this role, you will lead pricing strategies that balance value creation, competitiveness and sustainable growth. Working closely with BU leaders, regional teams and local markets, you will guide pricing decisions across the full product lifecycle, from new product launches through to end. You will translate complex market intelligence and analytics into clear, actionable recommendations, ensuring pricing strategies are well governed, consistently applied and effectively adopted across regions. Alongside this, you will track pricing performance, continuously refining approaches to maximise revenue, margin and customer value while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to strengthen decision making. **1\.
