What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Systems or a related field, Minimum of 5 years of experience in the airline industry as a Pricing Analyst and/or in Fare Implementation, Advanced analytical and synthesis skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy, collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment, communication skills, both written and verbal, Ability to manage multiple priorities, organize work effectively and handle high-volume workloads, High level of autonomy, rigor, initiative and interpersonal skills, Oral and written fluency in French and English

Nice to Have

Knowledge of GDS systems, Knowledge of ATPCO coding, Knowledge of Infare, Knowledge of DDS/CIRIUM

What You'll Do.

Contribute to the definition and implementation of pricing policies

Act as a key decision-maker for pricing strategies

Maximize Revenue per Available Seat Mile (RASM)

Ensure Air Transat’s competitive positioning

communicate and implement pricing strategies and policies

Manage Special Prorate Agreements

Create pricing structures for routes

Ensure the attractiveness and competitiveness of Air Transat’s fares

Maintain a constant watch on market and competitive evolutions

Determine the most optimal fare implementation methods

Participate in the definition of fare levels and fare conditions by distribution channel

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm

recommend and implement effective pricing solutions

Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement

Suggest creative approaches to enhance efficiency and productivity

Develop reports and presentations to communicate analyses

findings and recommendations

Understand and analyze the dynamics of the assigned geographic portfolio

Stay informed on competitive strategies

new technological opportunities and innovative trends within the airline industry

Oversee a defined geographic portfolio

Monitor and ensure a thorough

factual follow-up of the performance of implemented pricing strategies and promotional offers

Demonstrate proficiency in all pricing and fare distribution tools and systems

Recommend improvements to work methods and processes
