What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 5 years of experience in public cloud pre-sales or solution architecture roles, expertise in cloud computing technologies, particularly virtualization technologies such as KVM, Xen, or LxC, Solid understanding of system architecture fundamentals with the ability to comprehend industry ecosystems and translate business needs into technical solutions, Fluent in English and Mandarin in both written and spoken forms
What You'll Do.
Design and architect customized cloud solutions aligned with customer business objectives
and performance while driving successful implementation and delivery
Engage closely with customers to understand technical requirements
and operational constraints
translating these into structured solution designs and actionable execution plans
Act as the technical liaison between customers and backend engineering teams
clearly communicating requirements
monitoring milestones
and ensuring on-time project delivery
Support pre-sales activities including technical presentations
solution demonstrations
architecture workshops
and proof-of-concept initiatives to drive opportunity conversion
Represent Tencent Cloud at industry forums
enhancing brand credibility and expanding technical influence in the Malaysian market
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams; Act as the technical liaison between customers and backend engineering teams; ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
Communication Scope
