Must Have
2+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience with results in web subscription funnels, track record of scaling monthly budgets to $1M+, hands-on knowledge of Demand Gen, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Display, and Search, performance marketing mindset, creative thinker, AI and automation-native, Shipped at least one AI workflow with a measurable impact, Numbers-driven, Detail-oriented, English: B2 or higher

Familiarity with Meta UA, Experience with AppLovin or Snapchat, Background in wellness, fitness, or subscription health apps

The next stage is to scale Demand Gen and unlock new campaign types — and build Google into a channel that rivals Meta in performance and ambition. As User Acquisition Manager (Google), you'll join a small UA team and drive Google's growth trajectory. You'll bring structure to what's early-stage, drive performance through creative testing and smart campaign architecture, and have direct influence on a channel that will become one of the company's core growth engines. TECH STACK - Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 - Tableau and Amplitude - Airtable - Notion and Slack for collaboration - AI and automation tools (scripts, autorules, n8n, and others) for efficiency and scale KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Channel development.
