We are seeking an experienced **Senior Power Platform & Copilot Studio Consultant** to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade conversational AI and automation solutions. The role demands strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and Azure, with a focus on scalable, secure, and well-governed solutions. ### Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, and deploy **conversational AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio** , aligned with enterprise business use cases * Build advanced **Canvas Apps** and end-to-end automation using **Power Apps and Power Automate** * Architect and implement **Power Platform solutions** with strong governance, security, and performance considerations * Develop and manage data models and integrations using **Dataverse** , **REST APIs** , and **Microsoft Graph API** * Design and maintain **SharePoint Online** solutions including lists, libraries, permissions, and integration with Power Platform * Develop **PowerShell scripts** for automation, administration, and operational efficiency * Build and deploy **Azure Functions using PowerShell** , supporting scalable backend services * Implement and maintain **CI/CD pipelines** for Power Platform and Azure solutions using industry best practices * Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions * Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide root-cause analysis * Contribute to solution documentation, technical standards, and best practices * Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership where required **Requirements** **Experience** : **8+ years** of overall IT experience * Significant hands-on experience delivering **enterprise Microsoft solutions** * Hands-on experience with **Microsoft Copilot Studio** and conversational AI development * Strong expertise in **Microsoft Power Platform** (Power Apps, Power Automate) * Advanced knowledge of **Canv
