What They're Looking For.
Must Have
BS or MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering, 4+ years of hands-on experience in test engineering, understanding of power electronics principles, high-voltage, high-current systems, power conversion technologies, Solid experience with PCBA schematics, debugging hardware components, using oscilloscopes, multimeters, power analyzers, other test equipment, system-level languages (such as Golang, Rust, C, C++, etc. ) to automate systems, Be engaged, proactive, and positive when taking on challenging tasks, owning assignments, taking accountability for personal and overall team success

Ensure SST hardware and firmware work flawlessly
Maintain test systems
Validate electrical characteristics

Conduct regression testing
Define manufacturing test specification
Innovate test system design
Investigate root causes of failures
Drive product improvements
Participate in test hardware bring-up
Participate in system debugging
Help with software optimization
Incorporate design techniques for ease of validation
Incorporate design techniques for ease of maintenance
