Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent industry experience, 3+ years of experience designing and deploying digital control for power converters, Solid foundation in control theory, Proven experience implementing real-time control algorithms on embedded platforms, Hands-on laboratory experience debugging power converters, Ability to translate theoretical control concepts into practical, robust implementations, problem-solving and analytical skills, Proficiency in embedded C
